Getting started takes about 15 minutes
- Install Dex Server on a Windows PC or server on your network that stays switched on. Choose an admin password during setup.
- Answer a few questions. Dex opens its panel and asks for your company name, your network, and the servers and websites you rely on (your router, the server your main program uses, your file server, RS.ge, your internet bank).
- Prepare staff computers. In the panel, open Settings → Staff PCs. On each Windows PC, download the staff setup there and run it once; it puts the IT help shortcut on the desktop. Many PCs at once: use the silent install line on the same page with Group Policy, Intune or PDQ. On each Mac, open Terminal and run the one line shown there. Laptops keep working with Dex when they leave the office.
- Pair your phone. Install the Dex app, open Settings → Dex app in the panel, and scan the QR code.

The trial lasts 7 days and covers up to 15 PCs. To keep going, choose a plan: Starter, Business or Pro. After paying, enter the email and order number in the Dex panel under Settings → Dex app → Activate a purchase. Larger organisation? Get an Enterprise quote.
Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, or Windows Server 2016 or newer, for Dex Server. Windows 10 or 11, or macOS 11 or newer, on staff computers. The Dex app needs iPhone or Android.
