Dex terms of service

DRAFT — to be reviewed before publishing. Last updated: [DATE].

These terms are between [LEGAL NAME OF YOUR COMPANY] and the business that subscribes to Dex.

1. The service

Dex is a server you install on your own computer, the Dex Cloud service and the Dex app. Your plan sets the number of managed PCs and monthly AI diagnoses, as shown in our store.

2. Free trial

Each computer gets one 7-day free trial without payment details. When it ends, fixes stop until you buy a plan; diagnosis, the help page and monitoring keep working.

3. Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Georgian lari and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, from your next renewal.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your store account or at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Dex keeps working until the end of the paid month. See the refund policy.

5. Your responsibilities

Dex proposes fixes and a person in your organisation approves each one. You are responsible for those approvals, for who can use the Dex panel and paired phones, for installing Dex only on computers you are authorised to manage, and for your own backups.

6. Licence

While your subscription is active you may use Dex for your own organisation. You may not resell it or bypass licence limits unless you are an authorised Dex partner.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Dex Cloud available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If it is unreachable, your Dex server keeps diagnosing and monitoring, and a paid licence keeps fixes working for 3 days.

8. Liability

Dex is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of [GEORGIA / GREECE], and the courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction.
