Questions about plans

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The trial runs for 7 days on up to 15 PCs, with no card and no sign-up. How to start.

What counts as a PC?

Each staff computer you set up with Dex, Windows PC or Mac, counts as one. Printers, routers and the other devices Dex watches do not count.

What counts as an office?

Your head office, and each branch Dex watches from there. Starter and Business cover one office, Pro up to 5. For more than 5 offices or 150 PCs, ask about Enterprise.

What is an AI diagnosis?

When Dex's built-in rules cannot pin a problem down, it asks AI for the likely cause and a fix. Each such answer counts as one diagnosis. You can switch AI off, and Dex then uses only its own rules.

What does Enterprise cost?

It depends on the number of computers and sites, and on the support you need. Tell us about your organisation and we will send you a quote. Enterprise can be paid by invoice, monthly or yearly.

Can I move to a bigger plan?

Yes. When your company grows, choose a bigger plan and activate it in the Dex panel under Settings, Dex app, Activate a purchase.

Can I cancel?

Yes, plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Refund policy.
